Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

Orpheus doesn't have accounts, doesn't ask for your name or email, and doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. This page explains the little information that is involved when you use the interface.

Blockchain data is public

When you connect a wallet, the interface reads your public wallet address to show balances and activity. Everything you do on-chain (launches, trades, claims, stakes) is recorded permanently and publicly on the Elysium blockchain, where anyone can see it. We can't change or delete it.

What you upload when launching

A token's name, ticker, description, social links and image are published with the token. Images and details may be stored on IPFS, a public network where content can't reliably be deleted. Don't upload anything personal or anything you don't have the right to publish.

Services the interface talks to

  • Elysium RPC providers, to read the blockchain and send your signed transactions.
  • Hyperliquid's public API, to show prices in US dollars.
  • IPFS pinning and gateways, to store and show token images and details.
  • WalletConnect, if you connect a mobile wallet through it.
  • Our hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses and request times.

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.

Stored in your browser

Your theme choice and wallet connection state are kept in your browser's local storage so the app remembers them. You can clear them anytime in your browser settings.

Orpheus is a non-custodial interface to smart contracts on Elysium. It never holds your funds or keys and can't reverse, cancel or change transactions. Tokens are created by their launchers, not by Orpheus, and appearing or ranking here is not an endorsement. Tokens are highly speculative, can lose all their value and may have little liquidity. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, your wallet, and following the laws where you live.
