Terms of Use
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Orpheus website and app (the “interface”). By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the interface.
What Orpheus is
Orpheus is a software interface that helps you interact with public smart contracts on the Elysium blockchain: launching tokens, trading them on a bonding curve or in their Uniswap v4 pool, and staking $ORPH. Orpheus is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, tokens or private keys, and we can't move, freeze, reverse or cancel any transaction. Everything you do is signed by your own wallet and executed by the smart contracts.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and every transaction you sign.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and using Orpheus must be legal for you there.
- You won't use Orpheus for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or to launch tokens that infringe someone else's rights.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your activity.
Tokens on Orpheus
Anyone can launch a token. Tokens are created by their launchers, not by Orpheus, and we don't review, endorse or guarantee any of them. A token appearing, trending or ranking on Orpheus is not a recommendation. Token names, images and descriptions are supplied by launchers. We may hide content from the interface, but tokens and their contracts stay on the blockchain.
Risks
Launchpad tokens are highly speculative. Most lose most or all of their value, liquidity can be thin, and prices can move very fast. Smart contracts can have bugs, blockchains and wallets can fail, and transactions can't be undone. Fees, the anti-snipe tax and slippage apply as described in the Docs. Only use money you can afford to lose. Nothing on Orpheus is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
No warranty
The interface and smart contracts are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the interface will be available, accurate or error-free. Prices, market caps and other figures shown are estimates and may be wrong or out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Orpheus and its contributors aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the interface or the smart contracts, including lost funds, lost profits, failed or mistaken transactions, or the value of any token.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Orpheus means you accept the update.
